    Dismantle internalized ableism, unpack the shame you’ve been carrying, and finally hear the words, “you’re not broken.” We’ll start by exploring how you were taught to mask and how to begin undoing that narrative.

  • 🔹 Week 2: Burnout Recovery & Demand Inventory

    Ever felt like you hit a wall and couldn’t function, even if nothing technically went wrong? Yeah, that’s ND burnout. This week is all about understanding the nervous system crash, rebuilding with real rest, and taking inventory of demands that are draining you.

  • 🔹 Week 3: Unmasking with Sensory + Social Autonomy

    Let’s talk masking — what it is, how it shows up, and what you’ve been suppressing just to survive. We’ll explore unmasking in a way that’s safe, intentional, and aligned with your sensory, social, and emotional truth.

  • 🔹 Week 4: Boundaries, Communication & Self-Advocacy

    You don’t owe anyone your exhaustion. Learn to set boundaries without over-explaining, say no without guilt, and advocate for your needs in work, relationships, and life—even if your voice shakes.

  • 🔹 Week 5: Nervous System Regulation That Actually Works

    This is where we stop trying to “calm down” the neurotypical way. You’ll learn about sensory input, movement, stimming, and how to recognize what your body actually needs—without gaslighting yourself.

  • 🔹 Week 6: Alexithymia, Interoception & Emotional Awareness

    Can’t tell if you’re hungry, anxious, or just dissociating into the void? Same. This week we break down alexithymia and interoception in ways that are relatable, body-aware, and focused on rebuilding your internal sense of self.
