🧠 Unapologetically You: A Neurodivergent Path to Confidence, Connection & Fulfillment

Tired of feeling like you’re too much—or not enough?
This 6-week course was made for neurodivergent adults (especially late-diagnosed or self-recognized) who are done with burnout, shame, and hiding their brilliance.

Let’s rebuild your confidence, reconnect with your needs, and create a life that actually works for your brain—not against it.

🌿 What You’ll Learn:

  • 🔹 Week 1: Embracing Your Neurodivergent Self

Dismantle internalized ableism, unpack the shame you’ve been carrying, and finally hear the words, “you’re not broken.” We’ll start by exploring how you were taught to mask and how to begin undoing that narrative.

  • 🔹 Week 2: Burnout Recovery & Demand Inventory

Ever felt like you hit a wall and couldn’t function, even if nothing technically went wrong? Yeah, that’s ND burnout. This week is all about understanding the nervous system crash, rebuilding with real rest, and taking inventory of demands that are draining you.

  • 🔹 Week 3: Unmasking with Sensory + Social Autonomy

Let’s talk masking — what it is, how it shows up, and what you’ve been suppressing just to survive. We’ll explore unmasking in a way that’s safe, intentional, and aligned with your sensory, social, and emotional truth.

  • 🔹 Week 4: Boundaries, Communication & Self-Advocacy

You don’t owe anyone your exhaustion. Learn to set boundaries without over-explaining, say no without guilt, and advocate for your needs in work, relationships, and life—even if your voice shakes.

  • 🔹 Week 5: Nervous System Regulation That Actually Works

This is where we stop trying to “calm down” the neurotypical way. You’ll learn about sensory input, movement, stimming, and how to recognize what your body actually needs—without gaslighting yourself.

  • 🔹 Week 6: Alexithymia, Interoception & Emotional Awareness

Can’t tell if you’re hungry, anxious, or just dissociating into the void? Same. This week we break down alexithymia and interoception in ways that are relatable, body-aware, and focused on rebuilding your internal sense of self.

  • Nope! While I am a licensed therapist, this is a coaching course, not clinical therapy. That means I won’t be diagnosing, treating, or offering 1:1 therapy support—but you will get affirming tools, education, and strategies that many clients wish they had in therapy.

  • Yes! Everything is online, self-paced, and downloadable. The only difference might be in time zones if I ever offer live Q&As or future bonuses.

  • I get it—sometimes things don’t land. If you reach out within 14 days of purchase and you’ve completed less than 25% of the course, I’ll offer a refund. No shame. No “why didn’t you try harder?” energy.

  • Yes, yes, and yes. This space is made specifically for queer, neurodivergent adults who are tired of ableist self-help culture. You can come as you are, stims and all. If you need to watch lessons in a weighted blanket or from the floor—go for it.

  • Then you’re still welcome. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to know your brain works differently or that you’re tired of trying to “act normal.” If the content speaks to you, it’s for you.

  • Forever. Or at least as long as the internet exists and I still run this platform. You’ll also get access to any future updates or added resources for this course at no extra cost.

  • Yes! We have a private Teachable community (not Facebook!) where you can connect, vent, share wins, or just lurk quietly and know you’re not alone. It’s chill, supportive, and neurodivergent-affirming.
